Frequently Asked Questions

What is the delivery estimated time for our final wedding film?

We dedicate ourselves to delivering the best quality of your wedding film.  We deliver your wedding film to you no later than 8 weeks from the date of your wedding.  In some cases depending on backlog, your film can be delivered sooner.

Are there fees if we have to reschedule our wedding?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur.  As long as the new date is available, we will update the contract to reflect the changes and move the date in the calendar. No hassle, no charge, it’s that simple.

Can we choose our own music?

Yes you can!  We do have to mention that if it’s not a royalty free song, you may run into copyright issues when sharing it on social media platforms.

What is the deposit to book?

The deposit to lock in your date is $250. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

How long do we have to purchase the raw footage?

Because of file sizes and hard drive space and the frequency of our projects, raw files are kept on our hard drives for 14 days after the final wedding film is delivered to you.

Where are you based out of?

We are currently based out of Laurel, Maryland.  We film weddings throughout the state of Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

What is professional audio?

We provide a small, non-detectable wireless microphone that we hide on the groom or officiant. This provides the clearest source of audio, but we also wire a backup recorder directly into the DJ’s speaker if possible. Please note that this is a direct feed into our camera and not a solution to broadcast the audio.

What happens if you can’t make it?

This has never happened, but if for any reason we are unable to attend your wedding, we will refund the entire amount, including the deposit, with no questions asked.

Do you film catholic weddings?

Yes! We film all weddings, races, sex, & religions. Depending on the religion, there may be certain restrictions for photo & video. We always ask for a list of guidelines from your church or venue ahead of time.
